warmrain provides lead generation services through artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. Our platform identifies, qualifies, and delivers potential customers based on your specified criteria and requirements.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information about their business and lead requirements. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CCPA.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due for qualified leads that respond to initial outreach attempts. Pricing ranges from $30-$100 per qualified lead based on industry, complexity, and volume requirements. All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable once leads are delivered.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the specified qualification criteria. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon standards, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect sensitive information.

7. Intellectual Property

The warmrain platform, including all software, algorithms, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of warmrain. Users are granted a limited license to use the service for their business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

warmrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately, and access to the service will be discontinued.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
